Weston A. Price Chapter

Welcome to the Omaha Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation

The Foundation is dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the human diet through education, research and activism. It supports a number of movements that contribute to this objective including accurate nutrition instruction, organic and bio-dynamic farming, pasture-feeding of livestock, community-supported farms, honest and informative labeling, prepared parenting and nurturing therapies. Specific goals include establishment of universal access to clean, certified raw milk and a ban on the use of soy formula for infants.

Join a Milk Co-op!

The most nutrient dense, toxic free, healthy foods today are those foods from your local farmers, like the Kvam family in West Point, NE. Those farmers that produce goods without the use of pesticides, growth hormones, and antibiotics—even better! They have cage free chickens and grass fed pastured cows. A co-op is a group of people who agree to take turns going to the farm ( usually once every 2 months, even longer with more co-op members) to pick up milk and other products for the group. Each person in the co-op meets at West Omaha Chiropractic on Thursdays at 12:00 PM to pick up their milk, eggs, and any other products they’ve ordered.

If you are interested in joining the milk co-op call Dr. Julie @ 334-4700 for more information
